Introduction to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hd9999 platform ("we", "our", or "hd9999") and each person who uses the platform ("you", "user", or "member"). Password and Account Security

• Transferring, selling, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.
• hd9999 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Identity Verification (KYC)

hd9999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• First page of passport
• Driving license
• Mobile banking or bank statement (most recent 3 months)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. Information provided will be kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds to hd9999:

• Deposits may only be made through a method registered in your own name — deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.

• hd9999 reserves the right to decline or suspend any suspicious transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals take 5–30 minutes to process.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress on the account, withdrawals are subject to those conditions.
• hd9999 reserves the right to suspend and investigate withdrawals on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• During an investigation, it is hd9999's responsibility to provide information to the relevant authorities.

Welcome Bonus

hd9999 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000

The bonus applies to the first deposit only and each user may claim it once. If a bonus is misused, hd9999 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus offer may be claimed per account; any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• hd9999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Promotional offers have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• Separate terms apply to free-bet or free-spin bonuses, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

VIP Program and Cashback

The hd9999 VIP program has five tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback amounts will be added to the account automatically. hd9999 has full authority over decisions regarding VIP tier upgrades.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hd9999 platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Manipulating the bonus system for personal gain.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your location while using the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Engaging in fraud or collusion against other users.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, hd9999 may take the following actions:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the account.
• Forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings in the account.
• Provide information to law enforcement agencies where applicable.
• Take legal action to seek damages.

Responsible Gaming Policy
